Ok so, your daughter just got her period and you’re asking “What products are out there for her?”

Below is a list of everything I’ve found that is designed for teens/tweens. Needless to say, none of these are recommendations. This is simply a list of choices as I haven’t tried any of them.

Pads:

Always has a line of pads made to fit teens. They have a sizing chart that goes from light to heavy days so you can figure out what to use and when. See chart below…

These seem great. They are sold both online and in store at Walmart and Target.

Walmart, Target and Walgreens also sell U by Kotex. Their packaging doesn’t have a sizing chart but they do come in light to heavy to overnight. They also offer this illustration to explain what makes them designed for teens as opposed to adults:
